Internal Controls are Key

All-day training event - March 21, 2007

The recent update of OMB Circular A-130 re-emphasized federal managers' responsibility for internal controls and shows there is an increasing need to focus on key controls in order for the federal government to successfully obtain unqualified opinions on its financial statements. The event helped federal managers focus on those key controls as they prepare for what's next in federal financial management. The event included an outstanding array of presenters from both the public and private sectors.
